These menus include necessary dishes, cutlery, linens and serviettes. Staff is included with guest counts over 50. Guest counts under 50 are subject to separate staff charge billed at $20.00/hour/staff with a minimum of 4 hours per staff to include delivery, set up, the service period and clean up. Please add GST & PST to all menus and 15% gratuity when staffed.
